Our Strategic Plan

At last week's meeting of the Town Council, our Strategic Plan was approved.
The plan sets out our priorities for this year, and our plans up the the year 2030. This includes:
🌐 Our website redesign and relaunch
🚻 Refurbishing the town centre toilets
🅿 Improvements to the car park at Castle Meadow
🎄 Refreshed and upgraded Christmas lights for the town.
It also sets out the Council's vision and strategy for the next few years, ensuring that we have a clear direction.
