Charlotte is a regular volunteer at Wilton’s Riding for the Disabled. During the COVID-19 pandemic she (and her husband) cycled many miles delivering shopping and prescription medication to residents in Wilton and the surrounding area, as part of Wilton Help. They also volunteered at the vaccination centre.

Charlotte became a Councillor in 2002. During this time Charlotte has overseen sone major projects such as the design and installation of the outdoor gym at Castle Meadow and the design and installation of the Adventure Trail in Minster Street - both ideas she brought back from her travels. She was also responsible for the Wilton flag; the sign over the door of the Council offices and the beginning of the ongoing program of road/street replacement signs.

Gail came to the UK 26 years ago from Singapore to study medicine in London. She moved from Scotland to Wilton with her husband and two primary-age children in 2017.

She works as a full-time consultant doctor at Salisbury District Hospital Emergency Department, specialising in Paediatric Medicine, and is a proud supporter of the Hospital Stars Appeal Charity. She is also a volunteer doctor for The HALO Trust, visiting former war zones to support their work clearing landmines.
