Acting as the “Proper Officer,” she provides essential professional advice to the eleven Town Councillors, ensuring all decisions are lawful and transparent.
Beyond governance, Brie manage the Council’s finances, annual budget, and the staff team. From overseeing twelve acres of open space and the Cemetery to driving major capital projects within the Strategic Plan, Brie’s role is to turn civic vision into reality. She serves as the primary link between Wilton and Wiltshire Council, ensuring the town’s interests are always represented.

Neil’s role includes managing all digital and physical touchpoints, from maintaining the council website and vibrant social media channels to updating the town’s noticeboards with essential news.
Beyond digital content, Neil is the coordinator for both town-led and community-supported events, ensuring the Town Council is involved with our community. He also manages the Mayor’s diary and civic engagements, alongside producing professional presentations and hard-copy media.

This hands-on role ensures that the Council Offices, Castle Meadow Pavilion, and town centre toilets are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
Rhys’s role also includes conducting rigorous safety inspections across the town’s play equipment and at the Cemetery. He coordinates all Pavilion bookings and undertakes essential minor repairs around the town. A key part of his role involves acting as the on-site liaison for various contractors—including grounds maintenance, waste teams, and the Parish Steward—to ensure that Wilton’s 12 acres of open space remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for all.
