Gary Blandford-Hull

I’ve lived in Wilton since November 2018 and have come to love this town. I want to contribute to keeping Wilton the lovely environment it is for both residents and visitors.

Before retiring I had over 55 years of experience in the building industry from an apprenticeship through to senior design engineer for various companies throughout the UK. Throughout my career I was involved in many projects from homes for the elderly, large school projects, and multi storey high end luxury flats and dwellings, both here and abroad.

I served for several years as a councillor on Martin Parish Council, where I was involved in community projects. I have a keen interest in local history and genealogy, and co-authored a book about the history of Martin.

I have a can-do attitude and a practical approach to problem-solving.
