Memorial Tree planted as part of the Jubilee Celebrations

As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations on Friday a memorial tree was planted at the Town Council's Wildflower Meadow off Minster Street. The planting was done by Lord Pembroke and the Mayor of Wilton, Cllr Andy Kinsey, and his Consort Mrs Alexandra Kinsey, and Wiltshire Councillor Cllr Pauline Church were also in attendance.

The tree is a Sorbus Hupehensis 'Pink Pagoda' and was kindly donated by Wilton Estate for the occasion.
